  • Is it available for my time period?

    Check the Availability Calendar on each condo's page for up-to-the-minute information.
  • How do I make a reservation?

    Choose the property you would like and fill in the MAKE A RESERVATION form at the bottom and click submit. We will process your request and send you an invoice via e-mail.
  • What is the TOTAL COST OF MY STAY including taxes & Cleaning fee?

    Enter the ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE dates into the RESERVATIONS and COST CALCULATOR located on each properties' condo page and the TOTAL COST OF STAY will be shown in red font just below it. The Total cost is shown for payments via check. Add 3.25% for any Credit Card payments in the USA ( 4% for non -US). All credit card payments are processed via Paypal ( no account needed).
  • Can I walk to the Beach?

    The Valley Isle Resort condos are oceanfront and sit right on the beach. Just take the elevator down to ground level.

  • Is there a pool?

    Absolutely! There is a heated pool at the Valley Isle Resort.
  • Is there a hairdryer? Is there an iron & ironing board?

    Yes in all condos.
  • Is there a washer/dryer available?

    There is washer /dryer in the VIR 1BD Condo #605. For the Valley Isle Resort Studio Condo#606 there is a coin operated laundry on the 3rd floor adjacent the elevators.
  • Are there beach towels?

    Yes we provide Beach towels for our condos at the Valley Isle Resort.
  • Are there beach chairs?

    Some availability of beach chairs is offered at the front desk of the Resort.
  • Is there A/C in the Valley Isle Resort condos?

    Due to the prevailing trade winds, the a/c was disconnected from the Valley Isle Resort condos 6 months after the resort’s inception. Should guests feel warm there are oscillating and ceiling fans in the condo.
  • Can I pay with a credit card?

    We accept credit card payments via the PayPal portal. Paypal charges a Processing Fee of 3.3% for payments made in the US and 4% for all other countries. All payments must be made thru the guest's Reservation ID LINK page for the payment to get registered in our computer system.
