$70 additional cleaning fee charge per stay - all year round

All rates based upon single or double occupancy for a 5 night minimum stay (10 night December 23- Jan 2). Stays of less than 5 nights subject to surcharge. All rates for departures PRIOR to July 1, 2009 are subject to 12.42% after July 1, 2009 and 13.42% after July 1, 2010. All Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and may be changed without notice.

Deposit and Payment

For STUDIO #606, a $350.00 deposit per each week booked and for ONE BEDROOM #605, a $500.00 deposit per each week booked is due within 72 hours of contract or reservation is automatically cancelled. Balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy. We accept ONLY PERSONAL checks and not Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

In the event reservations are made less than sixty days prior to occupancy date, full payment will be due upon receipt of reservation form. If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to occupancy date, then all deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited.
